Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

We are a professional manufacturer of portable home appliances with self-owned workshops, injection molding lines and full QC system. Custom OEM & ODM services available.

What overseas certifications do your products have?

All products are certified with CE, RoHS, FCC. Food-contact parts pass FDA and LFGB food-grade tests. Complete certification documents are provided for customs clearance and online platforms and off-line retailer stores.

Can I visit or audit your factory?

We welcome factory visits & third-party audits. Kindly book an appointment 3–7 days in advance via email or WhatsApp. We have passed official audits for Walmart, Target, Disney, Costco, Aldi and various brand clients.

What customer groups and regions do you serve?

Our clients are primarily located in regions with medium-to-high purchasing power, including Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Australia and Japan. Our core partners consist of overseas brand distributors, supermarket chain retailers, top cross-border sellers and brand clients with customized OEM & ODM demands.

What is your standard MOQ?

Stock items support small-batch trial orders. The standard MOQ for OEM customized orders is 1000 units per item. Flexible MOQ is available for mixed container orders.

Do you accept OEM & ODM customization?

Yes, we support full-line OEM private label branding and ODM exclusive product development for global clients.

What customization options are available?

We provide a full range of customized services, including custom logo, colors, packaging, multi-language user manuals, APP development, software parameter, appearance design, as well as full, independent R&D and customization of brand-new products.

What is the OEM MOQ? Are small trial orders supported?

The standard MOQ for OEM private label orders is 1000 units per model. Special demands for early market testing can be negotiate a flexible order quantity.

What are your sample and mass production lead times?

Custom sample lead time is 5-10 working days. Mass production takes 20-35 working days after deposit confirmation and design finalization.

Can you adjust product capacity, shape and motor power?

Yes, we can adjust product capacity, appearance structure and motor power to meet ODM exclusive customization requirements.

Can you sign an NDA for exclusive design protection?

Sure, we can sign official NDA/NNN. We will strictly safeguard custom designs and all project files against information disclosure. We’re highly experienced in confidentiality protection, you can rest assured.

Is the sample fee refundable for bulk orders?

The sample fee will be fully refunded once clients place bulk orders reaching the specified quantity.

Can you provide exclusive packaging and manual design?

We provide free brand-exclusive packaging design and multi-language user manual customization to match your market positioning.

Can you upgrade product functions such as battery capacity and temperature detection?

Custom function upgrades are available, including larger battery capacity and temperature & humidity detection to meet high-end market demands.

Do you support Amazon FBA labeling and drop shipping?

We support FNSKU bar code printing, Amazon FBA labeling and cooperate with logistics partners to provide drop-shipping services.

Are food-contact parts food-grade and safe?

All food-contact parts adopt food-grade PP,ABS,AS, PCTG, Tritan and 304 stainless steel, BPA-free, non-toxic and compliant with international food safety standards.

What voltage and plug types do you support?

All electric products support global universal voltage, with optional EU, US, UK and AU plugs for different markets.

Are the products waterproof and dishwasher safe?

Detachable jar and lid are waterproof and washable. The battery-equipped main body is not dishwasher safe to avoid circuit damage.

Can you provide marketing materials for store listing?

We provide free HD white-background images, detail pictures and usage videos for all products to support online store operations.

What capacity options are available?

Based on diverse portable drinking scenarios and mainstream market demands, we offer core capacity specifications of 260ml, 550ml and 1000ml. Custom sizes for other volume are available upon request

Can the blender crush ice, frozen fruits and nuts?

Upgraded 6-blade and 8-blade models can efficiently crush ice, frozen fruits and nuts for smooth juice output.

How many times can it work on a full charge?

A full charge supports 15-25 cycles with stable battery performance.

Electric USB Grinder

What materials can the grinder process?

It is designed for dry grinding, suitable for coffee beans, grains, spices and various dry materials with fine and uniform powder output.

Is it wet and dry dual-use?

Standard models support dry grinding only.

What are the applicable scenarios and target users for this USB grinder?

This portable USB electric grinder is designed for home kitchen daily use, office break time, outdoor camping and travel scenarios. It is very popular for coffee lovers, fitness crowds, family daily cooking users and small catering stores.

How many grinding times can the USB grinder work after full charge?

Fully charged battery supports 30-45 times of continuous grinding under normal single-use operation, meeting long-term daily portable use.

The smart tracker device with a digital display screen for real-time temperature and humidity monitoring.

How to use the E-Ink shelf life reminder function?

Simply twist the bezel to set the expiration time, then place the screen on the box to activate the shelf-life reminder.Go through your phone APP has more options .

Is the Bluetooth compatible with iOS and Android?

The built-in Bluetooth is fully compatible with iOS and Android systems for stable connection and data synchronization.

Can I customize food category labels on the screen?

No, this version is not support direct editing on the display screen. All relevant settings need to be operated via the mobile APP.

What reliability tests have the smart boxes passed?

Our smart storage boxes have passed professional drop, high & low temperature and durability cycle tests for stable long-term use.

Sample Service

Can I get samples? Is the sample fee refundable?

Samples are available for quality inspection. Sample and shipping fees are borne by buyers, and the sample fee is refundable for qualified bulk orders.

What is the sample lead time?

Stock samples ship in 1-3 working days. Custom logo/packaging samples take 5-10 working days.

Can I mix different items in one sample order?

Mixed sample orders of different models are supported to meet diversified testing needs.

Shipping & Production

What is the bulk production lead time?

Normally the bulk production takes 15-30 working days after deposit receipt and design confirmation.

What payment terms do you accept?

Payment options include T/T bank transfer, L/C, and all mainstream compliant third-party payment channels .

Do you support mixed container loading?

Mixed loading of all four product categories is available to reduce customers’ procurement costs.

Which port do you ship from?

We mainly ship from all major Shenzhen or Hongkong ports with sufficient and stable shipping resources.

Do you support DDP and Amazon FBA delivery?

We provide DDP door-to-door delivery and direct shipping to Amazon overseas warehouses with one-stop logistics solutions.

What is the shipping time to EU, USA and Southeast Asia?

Sea freight: 20-30 days to EU/USA, 7-15 days to Southeast Asia. Air freight: 5-7 days to EU/USA, 3-5 days to Southeast Asia. Exact time depends on shipping line and customs clearance.

Can you provide full customs clearance documents?

We provide complete documents including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin.Other requirements is negotiable .

Do you provide FBA barcode labeling services?

We support professional FNSKU barcode printing and customized labeling to meet Amazon warehouse admission standards.

Quality & After-sales

Do you support third-party pre-shipment inspection?

We fully support third-party inspections such as SGS and ITS before shipment.

What is your product warranty period?

We offer a 6-12-month official warranty for all products, with free replacement for non-artificial damaged parts.

How do you handle defective products?

Our products exceed international quality standards with low long-term defect rates. If defects are confirmed as our production faults by both sides or official institutions, we will negotiate after-sales solutions.
